*Generally, once you've started taking a course, you won't be entitled to a refund for any portion of your tuition. Here are the specifics and exceptions, however:...
*If you drop the course: If you drop the course before taking the final exam, and have done so without just cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of your tuition.
*If you drop the course: Once you sign up for a course, you may drop it as long as you have not begun to actually review any of its content. If you choose to drop a course before you actually start it, you must notify us by eMail, with a suitable explanation. If you send us an eMail with a reasonable explanation, we'll refund the full tuition you paid, minus a 10% surcharge, as long as you request the refund within 24-hours. If you don't take the course, but fail to notify us until after that 24-hour period, then any refund is made at our sole discretion.
*If you're prevented from completing the course: If extenuating circumstances prevent you from beginning the course, or from completing it once you have begun, you will need to send us an eMail with a clear and concise explanation, and a request for a refund. We may require proof in the event you claim a death, hospitalization, change of residence, or other circumstances as being beyond your control. Full or partial refunds will be made at our sole discretion.
*If you do not pass the course: If you take the course, but do not receive passing scores on the tests or the Final Exam pursuant to our PASS policy, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may be entitled to a discount on future tuition if you choose to take the same course at a later date.
