Course Synopsis: This course
will make the investigator aware of the types of evidence
in legal proceedings so as to gain a better understanding
of the issues arising from evidence. Investigators
will gain insight into both civil and criminal cases
when dealing with the components and types of evidence
in conducting their investigations, preparing for
trial, interviewing key witnesses, preparing investigative
reports and affidavits and providing consultation
in all types of cases.
