(Introduction to Accident Investigations)

Course Synopsis: This course is the first of four that will teach the private investigator the science of “vehicular crash investigations.” This first course introduces you to the preliminary steps required as you begin conducting the investigation, including:

• Identifying parties and witnesses to interview;
  
• Identifying information contained in documents (eg, police reports, accident reports, narratives, witness interviews, photographs, etc.)
  
• What information is likely to be available from sources you’ll identify during the initial investigation (witness interviews, inspection of the accident site, statistical information, etc.)
