and has over 25 years' experience in a leadership and
administrative capacity. She has developed and
managed the daily operations and fiscal planning for a
wide variety of businesses.
She
is a former Director of several state and private
organizations and business enterprises, and is now an
independent contractor, providing project management,
information research, program development, computer
and business consulting services.
